They don't update you on tracking #s! They tell you to put Fed ex if you want an insured package come to find out it It was sent through usps who refused to give me a refund so now I have to go through all this frustration. Will never order again!
I order a few items in the middle of April up to now 10th of June i am yet to received the order or a refund. I messaged, emailed and even tried to get in contact with them on Instagram and on responds. Pure silence. For an international brand this is disappointing. When i check the shipping info. Its stating that the package was returned to sender, so their had both money and product. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR PURCHASE FROM WEBSITE OR RETAILER THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING TERRIBLE.

I WANT A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT TO BE BROUGHT AGAINST JUVIAS PLACE. THERE HAVE BEEN A PLETHORA OF COMPLAINTS. JULIA'S PLACE WILL CONTINUE TO STILL PEOPLES HARD-EARNED CASH AND NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CLIENTELE CONCERNS REGARDING THEIR PAST AND RECENT ORDERS, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE THEIR FIRST LONGE ON THE INTERNET. I MYSELF HIT A HARD ROAD WITH THEM NOT SENDING ME THE PRODUCTS THAT I PAID FOR WHICH I CAN PROVE WITH MY CREDIT CARD BILL. I CONTACTED THEM SO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. THEY DON'T CARE. I'M ASHAMED OF A BLACK-OWNED COMPANY STEALING FROM A MAJORITY OF YOUR OWN PEOPLE. IF THERE IS ANY LAWYER OUT THERE THAT WILL REPRESENT US PLEASE DO SO. THE LAW NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO JUVIAS PLACE STEALING PEOPLES HARD-EARNED MONEY. NEED I SAY MORE
I had an issue with my address, and I was told I would have to pay shipping again for the items to be reshipped. So I cancelled. This was my first order and my last. I will find eyeshadow else where.
They could really take notes from Il Mackiage, they have excellent customer service.
I ordered and never received my package so I contacted customer service but couldn't get any reasonable response, it's been weeks since they reply that they are investigating

I should have read the reviews on these products before making a purchase. I blame myself for that. The shipping dates have been changed 3 times since I placed my order. I received email 04/30/2021 indicating order shipped now I won't receive it until May 10th if then. At this point I am already unhappy with dealing with them. Trust me they got me this first time. I won't make a 2nd purchase. In my eyes all these shipment dates being changed sends a message that the order was never really sent but yet they have my money. You wonder why we can't help our people. I'm going right back to M. A. C. Products.
The products are good. Warning, do not buy anything from the website directly! Use ULTA instead. It will not be shipped out as advertised on your confirmation page. Juvia's Place can not be contacted via phone only email. They use a 3rd party app with FedEX to "track" your order. Terrible customer service all around, poor communication and slow delivery that is NOT FREE as advertised. Check out my pics below, hope this helps.
It's been almost 7 months when i used 190$ to buy alot different kind of makeups. The tracking number was never working from the start. Till today they refuse to refund my moneys or send the items and give me a right tracking number. This black owned business needs to die. They only using people by lying. It's not worth it. I would tell you not to order anything from them. Never seen as bad costumer services as this.
I have ordered 4 items 2 weeks ago. I paid full amount including fedex International shipping about 86 usd. They sent my order next day to fedex and asked me to track it. Also they sent me a summery for the payment but not an invoice. Items arrived to customs in Egypt and fedex contact me that there is no invoice included. So I sent juvias place customer service over 10 emails to send me and fedex a pdf invoice for the last 3 days but I have got zero answer. My items will be destroyed or return back to the sender for a mistake that juvias place and fedex have done. No reply from their horrible customer service till now. I will send to everyone not to deal with this brand. I think they don't put an invoice to try to fraud with USA taxes. They have given me a nightmare in ordering over seas. To everyone reading my review DONT buy Juvia's Place they are a fraud company. My mistake is I dint believe the negative reviews about them.
I will post my reviews every where for potential buyers to take care. Bad company. I will keep you updated if the problem is fixed.
Been seeing everyone use this product and i decided to try. Purchased it and tracking number stop working after it was misrouted. When it got to my state it then got sent to another state. That was weird. I emailed customer service and she told me what i already knew. She didnt help at all. When i asked for a refund i didn't hear back from them. A couple of days later it came but item was missing. Their makeup is great but never again online. I will be going to ultas.
One of the worst experience as a clients. Did not received my product and Juvia refuse to refund me.

I have been waiting for my package to Poland for two months. When i recived the order i saw that they sent me wrong palete-colorful and bright which I cant use. Then they didn't want to send me palete that I want, the gave me store credit but i i would have to pay highier price for palete and postage costa AGAIN. So basiclly i would pay 20$ because they made a mistake. Scam.
My daughter saved her money to treat herself to some make up.
She is also a big believer in supporting small business's.
This so called company has given her the run around & lied constantly.
Package has NOT shown up, she emailed, waited, someone replied, contact dhl etc etc, she did this, they said that the shipping label that is created at Juvia's place was printed out incorrect, my daughter is a stickler for double & triple checking to make sure the address she gives is written down correctly.
Juvias place is basically saying that, after it was sent to my daughter & she received the package ( untrue as postal service said they could see it wasn't delivered due to shipping label being incomplete) my daughter never received her package, it was sent back to juvias place, they told my daughter, if you want it you'll have to pay shipping again, my daughter reluctantly did this & again had the person verify they had received the correct address, given again by my daughter.
They confirmed they had the address.
Still my daughter is emailing them, is in contact with now Canada Post & still no package.
Juvias place are taking zero responsibility.
You are a $#*!show of a business & you should be ashamed of yourselves
Disgusting service, stop taking people's hard earned money, stop playing yourself off as a reputiable business absolutely disgusting!
I DO NOT recommend anyone buy anything from this place, they're crooks who just want your money, you have an issue after that, the message is loud & clear, they don't give two $#*!'s!
I ordered makeup and used 200$ to support this Black owned business since i am also a black person. It's been 3 months and still didnt get anything. The second week of december they told me they will get back to me and its been a month again and havent heard anything about Juvia's Place after that. Many times i tried to ask about the package or to send my moneys back and didnt get any reply from Juvia's Place. Is this really how you treat your costumers? I paid 200$ and i am really disappointed how you handled this situation and i would not recommend this store or website to anyone if this how things really go.

Colour Pop able Morphe are comparable though not nearly as inclusive. The price range, pigmentation, and blendability on many products are fairly similar in quality.

Yes, worth the money but not worth the headache of dealing with the company. If you MUST purchase, buy from Ulta instead of the Juvia's Place website.
